Mission
The purpose or purposes for which the corporation is organized is to foster positive societal change by promoting and providing additional fundraising and awareness for charities and groups dedicated to serving the under-represented, under privileged and those at a socioeconomic disadvantage.
As a 501(c)(3) organization the Foundation will act as a catalyst for community development, philanthropy and social justice, striving to create a more equitable and compassionate society
The Yankee Point Charitable Foundation has the ambitious goal of raising $500,000 in 5 years for local charities.
The driving force of the Yankee Point Charity Foundation's fundraising efforts is its annual Summer Charity Concert Series. Starting May 26 and finishing August 3, the 2024 Series will feature 10 bands playing at Yankee Point Marina.
